Job Summary:

The Sales Account Executive (Oil & Gas) is responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing client relationships and driving sales growth within the oil and gas sector. This role involves developing proposals, coordinating with internal departments and ensuring high quality delivery of Serikandi's services to clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development & Sales
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the oil and gas sector.
  3. Develop sales strategies, proposals and presentations to support business acquisition.
  4. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company's revenue growth.
  5. Client Relationship Management:
  6. Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and potential clients.
  7. Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
  8. understand client needs and coordinate internally to deliver high quality solutions.
  9. Project Coordination:
  10. Work closely with operations, technical and finance teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
  11. Monitor project progress and address issues proactively.
  12. Support tender submissions, contract renewals and negotiations.
  13. Market and Competitor Analysis:
  14. Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing and opportunities.
  15. Provide insights on competitors' activities and recommend strategies of actions.
  16. Reporting & Documentation:
  17. Prepare sales reports, forecasts and updates for management.
  18. Ensure all documentation related to proposals, contracts and agreements is complete and accurate.


Requirements:


Qualifications:

  1. Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
  2. Prior experience in sales, business development or client serving (Oil & Gas sector preferred).


Skills & Competencies:

  1. Strong communications and negotiation skills
  2. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  3. Good understanding of Oil and Gas industry operations and market dynamics
  4. Proactive, goal-driven and able to work under minimal supervision.
  5. Strong organizational and time-management skills/
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)


Additional Advantages:

  1. Experience working with EPC Contractors, Operators or Service Companies.
