Position: Proposal Engineer

Scope:

  1. Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards for tender submission.
  2. Responsible for the preparation of tender technical document for oil & gas Brownfield, Green filed Projects and maintenance / adhoc services.
  3. Preparation of method statement, execution plan, project plan, organisation chart, mobilisation plan relevant to tender scope.
  4. Identification & preparation of manpower loading, equipment loading & planning package based on the tender scope.
  5. Identify scope to be subcontracted & gather technical information for tender submission.
  6. Prepare response to tender technical questionnaire.
  7. Respond to tender technical clarification queries by Client & Subcontractor.
  8. Prepare weekly & monthly progress report for the adhoc projects.
  9. Work as planning engineer in small /adhoc basis on the project planning.
  10. Other jobs as assigned by the immediate supervisor
  11. Coordinate with other departments (HSE, QA/QC, Operations) to get tender submission deliverables.
  12. Prepare the technical comparison of the products / services.


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferable in Mechanical).

• 6-10 years of experience in Oil & Gas construction / Maintenance field with minimum of 3 years of experience in planning.

• Preference to those who have experience in Pre-Contracts.

• Superior written & communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

• Experience in Primavera P6
