QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE (REQUIREMENTS):

• Bachelor's degree in any Engineering Discipline.

• 3–8 years of experience in planning for Oil & Gas EPC or engineering consultancy projects.

• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel.

• Understanding of engineering deliverables and project phases

• Familiarity with project management systems.

• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

JOB FUNCTION, TASK AND RESPONSIBILITY (SCOPE):

1. Develop and maintain engineering design schedules
2. Interface with discipline leads to gather inputs and forecast deliverables.
3. Prepare and update engineering man-hour plans and resource histograms.
4. Track progress of design deliverables against the baseline schedule.
5. Analyze critical paths and identify schedule risks and mitigation plans.
6. Prepare weekly/monthly reports (dashboards, S-curves, look-ahead plans).
7. Support planning input for proposals and bidding activities.
8. Support delay analysis and Extension of Time claims where required.
9. Ensure adherence to client specifications, project execution plans, and contract requirements.
