Job Requirements:

  1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related discipline.
  2. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in planning and scheduling within HVAC maintenance, construction, or the oil & gas industry.
  3. Sound knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), ventilation systems, ducting, pumps, and associated equipment.
  4. Experience in planning preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities.
  5. Ability to prepare maintenance schedules, monitor work progress, and coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment to ensure timely execution of work.
  6. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, HVAC schematics, and technical documentation.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  8. Proficiency in Primavera P6 is an advantage.
  9. Familiar with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as SAP or IBM Maximo is an advantage.
  10. Good understanding of Permit-to-Work (PTW) requirements and HSE practices in industrial or oil & gas environments.
  11. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  12. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with engineers, supervisors, and clients in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Requirements:

  1. Experience working in the oil & gas or industrial maintenance sector.
  2. Knowledge of client maintenance planning systems and procedures (e.g., BSP) is an advantage.
  3. Experience in shutdown, turnaround, or campaign maintenance planning.
  4. Possession of relevant offshore certifications (e.g., TBOSIET, H2S) is an advantage, where applicable.
