Serikandi Solarvest is seeking a dedicated and motivated Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Technician to support the operation and maintenance of our 30MW Solar Power Plant. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong technical background in electrical systems and hands-on experience in utility-scale solar power facilities.


Key Requirements

  1. HND in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification
  2. Experience in utility-scale solar power plant preventive maintenance
  3. Strong understanding of solar PV system operations and troubleshooting
  4. Knowledge of site safety procedures and Permit-to-Work (PTW) requirements
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Key Responsibilities

  1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities on solar plant equipment
  2. Carry out string fault isolation and troubleshooting
  3. Conduct MC4 connector and cable repairs
  4. Execute inverter replacement and swap procedures
  5. Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and PTW requirements
  6. Support site administration and maintenance record management
  7. Coordinate vegetation control and pest management activities within the plant site
  8. Assist in maintaining plant performance, reliability, and operational efficiency
