Serikandi Solarvest is seeking a dedicated and motivated Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Engineer to support the operation and performance of our 30MW Solar Power Plant. This role is responsible for ensuring plant reliability, safety, and compliance while driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting of SCADA systems.
2. Prepare and manage reports in accordance with the DES reporting framework.
3. Develop and coordinate annual maintenance and operational plans.
4. Manage fault escalation protocols and ensure timely resolution of plant issues.
5. Conduct UAV-based thermography inspections and analyse results.
6. Perform I-V curve testing and analysis to support plant performance optimisation.
7. Manage inverter firmware updates and fault code diagnostics.
8. Monitor and track Schedule A NEO requirements.
9. Prepare monthly DES invoices and supporting documentation.
10. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements and maintain overall responsibility for HSE performance at the plant.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
2. Strong understanding of solar photovoltaic (PV) plant operations and maintenance.
3. Experience with SCADA systems, inverter management, and performance analysis tools.
4. Knowledge of industry safety standards and HSE practices.
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
6. Ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment.
