Candidate's Requirements:
- Shall have a recognized engineering degree background in mechanical, electrical or air‐ conditioning.
- 8 years experiences in related field
- Minimum of 5 years in managing and supervision of air‐conditioning Systems, control and maintenance CONTRACT in oil and gas industry.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Shall ensure all associated WORK activities are carried out accordance to the COMPANY requirements and shall ensure the WORK is adequately estimated, planned, supervised and executed to the satisfactory of the COMPANY.
- Shall ensure satisfactory quality control measures and coordinate all administrative matters, including materials procurement financial issue.
- Shall be able to perform and provide details on trouble shooting and fault analysis.
- Shall be able to provide technical support and technical solution to rectify and resolve any failure on air‐conditioning system and commercial refrigeration EQUIPMENT.
- Be able to communicate with all level of the CONTRACT and COMPANY PERSONNEL.
- Should have valid class three Brunei Darussalam driving license.
- Shall be able to communicate and write in English and knowledge of Malay is an advantage.
- Shall be able to write technical report on maintenance activities and fault analysis.
- Capability to provide cost estimate and engineering cost analysis where requested.
- Capability to negotiate and discuss any commercial and technical issues of the CONTRACT.
- Shall attend Monthly Progress/HSS&E with the CONTRACT HOLDER.
HR & HSE Responsibilities:
- Adhere with management’s HR policies and procedures.
- Comply with HSE rules and regulations, and promote workplace safety.
