Job Title: Electrical Foreman

Division: Non Oil and Gas - Civil.

Scope:

An Electrical foreman is responsible to oversee the work of civil workers/electricians and to ensure that civil projects are carried out efficiently and safely. He is required to train and guide his direct reports, create work schedules, provide technical assistance/ guidance, troubleshoot system issues and maintain and repair the electrical systems/ equipment used on site.

Responsibilities:

▌ Plan and schedule projects.

▌ Develop and implement work schedule for the electrical staff.

▌ Monitor and inspect the work done by the electrical staff.

▌ Read and interpret design schematics to ensure the proper installation of electrical systems.

▌ Troubleshoot major system failures and equipment malfunctions.

▌ Repair and maintain electrical equipment.

▌ Oversee the purchasing and maintenance of the electrical equipment on-site.

▌ Ensure the work is completed on schedule.

▌ Comply with electrical codes and adhere to safety regulations

▌ Assist in electrical system installation, commissioning troubleshooting and repair as needed.

▌ Purchase supplies ensure adequate inventory, plan budges, prepare cost estimates and documents purchase.

▌ Any other tasks instructed by Supervisor.
