Business Development Executive - HVAC Division (Reporting to HVAC Operations Manager):


Position: Business Development Executive - HVAC Division (Multi-Skilled HVAC Engineer / Market Analyst)

Location: Brunei

We’re on the lookout for a versatile professional who can bridge technical expertise and strategic business development. This role is ideal for someone who can function both as an HVAC Engineer and a Market Analyst / Strategic Researcher / Thinker.


Key Responsibilities:

- Support and execute HVAC engineering tasks as needed

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis in the HVAC sector

- Drive strategic business development initiatives

- Identify opportunities, prepare proposals, and support client engagement efforts


Specific requirements:

- Brunei local candidates with solid background in HVAC engineering

- Strong analytical and business development mindset

- Familiarity with the Brunei HVAC market (preferred)

- Excellent communication and reporting skills

- Ability to operate across both technical and commercial functions


Qualification and Experience:

-Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC Technology.

-Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and industry standards.

-3 to 5 years of proven experience in business develop mentor technical sales roles.

-Prior experience in Business-to-Business environments, particularly dealing with contractors or consultants.

-Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

-Experience with project bidding, client presentations, and contract negotiation.

-Familiarity with sales tracking systems.
